The manually-operated STAR 1 Trailer Restraint offers excellent performance and value. The STAR 1 Trailer Restraint is designed to engage the rear impact guard of a vehicle and hold the vehicle at the loading dock during the loading and unloading process. Operation to be manual, using provided push bar to activate and release unit. No lifting effort required. To include inside- and outside-mounted instruction signs. Restraining arm to be stored in the lowered position to avoid vehicle impact. Unit to provide 30,000 lbs. (13,636kg) of restraining force and to operate in a range from 11"(28cm) to 30"(76cm) above drive.
